Lisa and Sean's wedding was held at the beautiful Ko'olau Golf Club in Kaneohe. Kaneohe has to be the wettest spot on the island, but their day was perfect. Not one rain drop fell from the sky. This would be a cultural wedding combining both American and Okinawan tradition. One of the most photographic moments was photographing Lisa and Sean at the back of the club. It had a picturesque backdrop filled with green foliage and a paved walkway. Another photographic moment was capturing the traditional Okiniwan dance during the reception.
Amazing floral artistry was created by Floral Inspirations. Videography by Crane Media Productions. And special thanks to Sandra of Finishing Touch who connected us and coordinated this beautiful event.

A good friend of mine (Uilani) asked if I was available to shoot one of her best friend's wedding. I'm glad I was available for this special occassion. The first time I met Dana and Kaui, I felt I already knew this couple from before. It was then I learned that they were both from my hometown and that Kaui actually graduated from the same High School. Small world! But anyway, if I could use one word to describe this couple, it would be "PARTY!" Boy did this group knew how to have fun! I had a blast! Thanks to Dana & Kaui for letting me take part in this special occassion. And thanks to Uilani for connecting us.

New Year, New Life Together

Lani & Dan would have to be one of the most energetic couple to work with. They had the perfect wedding and was blessed with perfect weather. They're wedding was held at the beautiful Ihilani which is also known for it's gorgeous sunset. What more can you ask for in a wedding? And to top it off, Fong Tagawa of Floral Inspirations did an amazing job with the floral decor. This was a perfect way to end the year.

Christmas Wedding

Don't you just love the Christmas season? This beautiful couple had the greatest Christmas gift given to each other, the gift of love. The Royal Hawaiian has to be one of my favorite venues to photograph a wedding. I just love the interior vintage look and the color that it's known for, pink ~ Waikiki's landmark. And it was like a Christmas gift for me ~ lovely couple, awesome venue and beautiful details.
A month prior to the wedding, we did what you call a pre-bridal session. They allowed me to take them anywhere I wanted and to experiment on a few shots. Awesome times, awesome couple. What more can I say about them.
