This beautiful couple had such an amazing wedding at Lanikuhonua. This is hands down the most beautiful venue to get married at. With perfect weather and with a perfect couple; simply there's no way that anything could have gone wrong. You can tell that Elina and Jon share a deep connection with each other. And only couples who are truly in love will be able to express their feelings regardless of their surrounding. Thank you to Elina and Jon for letting me be part of your special day. You made it so easy for me. Your wedding will always hold a special place in my heart.

Thanks to the Richelle & Pridell for being such troopers! You both were so great to work with.
Because of bad weather, we almost had to reschedule. But there was no way they were going to cancel our shoot! Eventually mother nature cooperated opening up the skies to let the sun shine through. It was a perfect day after all.
Thanks again guys! Looking forward to the big day on the most popular date ever, 07.07.07. Consider this is as practice and when the big day arrives, you'll know exactly what to do.

I was honored to have photographed Karen and Spencer's wedding. It was a truly a blessing to be there to capture their special moments throughout the day. They both were such an energetic and loving couple. They allowed me to explore and experiment with my shots.
Ceremony was held at the beautiful Kamehameha Chapel and reception was followed at the Hyatt Regency. Amazing video footage by Video21 Productions (Davis & Janice), floral design by Peony Floral, linen details provided by Naomi Lee of Les Saisson, and event design and coordination by Dianna Shintanishi of Hawaii Weddings and Events. Karen and Spencer's wedding would not have been executed beautifully without the help of all these awesome vendors.
Karen and Spencer, you both Rock! Thank you so much for having me at your wedding (even when contacting me within short notice). I'm glad I was available! And I'm glad Spencer is now a believer! Hahaha! And thank you for trusting me. To be honest with you, I was a bit nervous of the location of our photo session (after the ceremony). Can you believe that your images were actually shot next to the Ala Wai Canal? Wishing you the best on your new life together.

Renee and Adam are the type of couples that every wedding photographer could dream of. And it's because they know how to work it...in other words being themselves in front of a camera. Cuddling, giggling, simply having a great time, (what it should be about in the first place!). Fun! Fun! Fun! And I call myself lucky to have them as my friend, my client and my sandbox. So what makes this engagement session memorable and worth to post? Well, let's just say that we all got into trouble! (but it was well worthed!) Now when we think of it, it's all a big laugh...and I still think about every so often! hehehehe. Want details? Got to save it for later. I'm sure they'll share it with friends and family on their wedding day. It was all worth the trouble and if you ask if I would do it again, YES I would..and do it over and over again! Thank you Renee and Adam! You were both such a blast to work with! Looking forward to our next shoot and the big day!

This was my first wedding on Maui of the year. Jaime and Cliff was so wonderful to photograph.
It's amazing when you feel close to a couple, they become an open book allowing you to capture there true emotions and personality.
There wedding was held at the beautiful Olowalu Plantation and coordinated by Lori Lawrence (aka Lori Scott) from Tropical Maui Weddings.
Jaime and Cliff! I had a wonderful time in Maui guys! And it was so funny to bump into the both you again at Waikiki! Of all people! I wish you both all the joy and happiness a marriage can give.

Greatest Birthday Gift Ever!

This blog entry is way overdue. My apologies to those who checks out my blog every so often.
Dr. scheduled our 4D Ultrasound on my birthday, March 5, 2007. This would be the day we would find out our baby's gender. We found out that we are having a little girl! Exactly what Kim and I were praying for. God has answered our prayers! It was the best birthday gift ever to see my little girl's face for the first time. Truly a miracle of life. I cried like a baby that I couldn't keep the video camera still.
Now the hardest part is waiting for her to arrive into this world.
